GRANT REPORTS

Status reports are due by January 31st using the MID-YEAR REPORT FORM.

The final report is due by June 30th using the FINAL NARRATIVE REPORT FORM.

A final financial report from the institution’s accounting department is also required and should be submitted along with the final report. Any funds remaining after the final report is submitted should be returned to ISPB in a timely manner.
