ISPB’s mobile vision clinics expand access to comprehensive eye care by bringing services directly to communities in need. In partnership with nonprofit organizations serving low-income, uninsured, and underinsured populations, the mobile clinic provides full eye exams conducted by licensed optometrists, along with a pair of prescription glasses for those who need them—completely free of charge. By eliminating financial and transportation barriers, this program ensures that more individuals receive timely, high-quality vision care and the opportunity to improve their daily lives through better sight.

Apply to be a host for the clinics
ISPB Mobile Clinics serve children, adults, and seniors who have no public (Medicaid or Medicare) or private eye insurance and are below the 200% federal poverty guideline level.
Hosts are responsible for booking their patients’/clients’ appointments and providing a safe space in their facility for the exams to take place. Frames will be available on site for choosing and then sent to a lab for lenses. Completed glasses will be sent back to the host for distribution.
